DFT DRC checker
Usage: my $error = dft_drc(@options);
$error: DRC errors in the checker
@options:
    -single: One clock for each scan chain
    -glitch: Check reset/set pin glitch

Examples:

#1. Run full DFT DRC
dft_drc;
#2. One clock for each scan chain in DRC
dft_drc("-single");
#3. Check reset/set pin glitch
dft_drc("-glitch");
