Hello there, I have a quick question for Huggingface staff. Does the website policy allow for spaces that can track your IP Address, with certain use cases, such as IP banning a user for utilizing too many free attempts, and therefore pushing someone to use the premium version of their space’s tools?

Clarification: I am not asking this for my own spaces, which have been non-functional ever since the HF Inference API stopped being callable on CPU-based spaces since February (that, or I need to update my code, of which I have no clue how to do so without consulting a chatbot, and that is an exercise in futility at times). I am asking this in response to a specific set of spaces, which shall not be named until it is clarified whether or not their code and behavior are allowed by HF policy or not.
