# Space stuck with 503 error - ls2allanimes-api

Hi Hugging Face Team / Community,

My Space ls2allanimes-api (Username: ls2allanimesource) is stuck with a 503 error and fails to restart or factory reboot.

Request IDs: Root=1-6adb4ee8-1afda0080ea58e474a797a39, Root=1-6adb5fce-3b06bc517b11bdef51422069

Could someone please help reset or clear this container node from the backend?

Hmm, in this case (being flagged), I think the only option is to email HF support ([website@huggingface.co](mailto:website@huggingface.co)).🤔

Hi Support Team

I checked my Space runtime API (ls2allanimesource/ls2allanimes-api) and it shows:  
“errorMessage”: “Flagged as abusive” and “stage”: “PAUSED”. I believe this is a false positive flag. My Space is just running an API backend for anime data distribution and does not violate any terms.Could you please review and remove the flag so I can resume my Space?Thank you!

Hi Hugging Face Support Team,

My Space (ls2allanimesource/ls2allanimes-api) has been paused with the runtime status showing “Flagged as abusive”.

If any content or code in my Space went against the terms of service by mistake, I am deleting and cleaning them up completely right now.

I assure you that this was unintentional, and I have informed my entire team to strictly follow Hugging Face terms and guidelines so that this will never happen again in the future.

Could you please review my Space, clear the flag, and unpause it?

I’m not part of HF Support… 😅  
Also, as a general rule, **HF Support doesn’t handle inquiries outside of email**.  
Information from forum discussions can sometimes be helpful **as supplementary info** when you contact support, but… if you haven’t emailed yet, you might want to send an **email first** …

Since the runtime already shows PAUSED with a flag, repeated restarts will not clear this on their own. Keep the support case as the main route and make it easy to review: include the exact Space name, the PAUSED stage, the flag message, and the request IDs from the first post. Also note what you changed or removed since the flag, and whether the Space is now empty or rebuilt, so support does not have to guess. While you wait, avoid re-uploading the same content that may have triggered the flag, and check the runtime status again before you retry, rather than assuming a reboot fixed it.

Thanks for the clear guidance I have already deleted all the flagged contents and cleared everything from the database as well Now waiting for the support team’s review to get it unpaused
