Update model card with library name, pipeline tag, and paper link

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This pull request improves the model card for MOSS-TTS by:
- Adding
library_name: transformersandpipeline_tag: text-to-speechmetadata to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and improve discoverability. - Linking the research paper MOSS-Audio-Tokenizer: Scaling Audio Tokenizers for Future Audio Foundation Models via the
arxivmetadata field and within the text. - Updating the Arxiv badge to point to the official paper.
- Adding a formal citation section.
The existing sample usage and documentation are preserved, as they are very helpful for users.
