Running on CPU Upgrade

Hi! Each login is already allowed only one entry per day (unless there's a bug in my code), I'll check but I suspect some people are creating spam accounts.

Yep, just checked, each submission belongs to a different account - I'll see what we can do infra side.

I added a fix, I hope it will mitigate part of the issue
